time for some blogging..
the reason for my prolonged silence was actually a complete absence of more or less interesting news - the last two months were rather quiet.

so, two new works in my gallery. not much to say about tristesse, except for that it's been on my mind for almost a year and i started it in december 2010 but due to technical difficulties and lack of inspiration never finished it. this time i nailed the sucker, so yes, my first threesome selfie. enjoy.

second work dates back to june and france. i was present at nihil's shoot and basically stole his model, Bastien Gaudray, for my own project. being very satisfied with the result, i still didn't touch it for some mysterious reason until now. it's a bit different from my usual stuff but i like it quite a bit myself, and hope you will do too. i ended up with two versions, the cold one is my favourite but the warm, more classical one also deserves to live.. special thanks to Bastien for agreeing to pose for me and doing such a great job (hopefully not the last time).

other than that, i was in paris in october, and although it's been quite intense in terms of events and visits, i didn't bring back a visual proof of any of those. i'm planning my next trip in december, since my other half is having his first solo exhibit (with one or more of our collabs featured) and of course i'd like to be there. the event will include 5 performances and there will be lots of interesting people present, plus the location, la Cantada, is a very cool place by itself - so in case you are in the area, come by and say hi.

last weekend i had a visitor, a good friend of mine, John Colbensen (who is by the way one of the best landscape and marine photogs in norway) - we didn't do anything artistic, just hung out and had fun, but here is a snap he took of me, which i particularly fancy.

press-related stuff. i was published in yet another book from 1x, this year it's a special limited edition, so im glad i made it - as always the selection of the images and the quality of the book are excellent.

continuing with 1x, i was chosen to be "a member in the spotlight" and have been answering all kinds of questions on the forum for the whole week. my blabbering can be found here.

and, i also did an interview for this blog. special thanks to Dianne for inviting me.

so, guess it was all for now. 2 collaborations are in progress and i'm about to start another work of mine..
